Light Salad with Pork
Simple, tasty, quick — give it a try. I came across this salad online once, and it earned a permanent spot at our table right away ))) So good!
Cooking method
-
Step 1:
Cut the pork into thin slices. Fry until cooked through, then season with salt and spices to taste.
-
Step 2:
Transfer the cooked meat to a paper towel so the excess oil is absorbed.
-
Step 3:
Tear the lettuce leaves by hand and dice the cucumbers, tomatoes, and eggs. Toss everything together and add the meat.
-
Step 4:
Cube the bread, drizzle with a little olive oil, and season with salt and spices to taste (I used salt and a pepper blend). Put it in the slow-cooker bowl (no need to grease the bottom). Run it for 20 minutes on the "Bake" setting with the lid closed. After 20 minutes, stir and repeat.
-
Step 5:
Dress the salad with mayonnaise, top with the croutons, and serve :-)
