Cooking method
Cut the mushrooms into thin slices.
Peel the onion, cut into thin half rings. Fry the onion in vegetable oil for a couple of minutes, then add the mushrooms.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and also send them to the frying pan. Add salt, basil and pepper. Simmer the ingredients in the resulting juice until fully cooked, then put the stew, stir, and keep on fire for 5 minutes.
Boil pasta (feathers, horns, spaghetti - no difference) in advance until cooked, following the instructions on the package. Drain the water from the finished pasta and put them in a frying pan to the stew and mushrooms, mix, return to the fire. Cook for about 5 minutes.
Serve hot. Enjoy your meal!
