Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Clean, wash and boil the mushrooms, ( about 30 minutes), collect the foam. We throw it into a colander and rinse it well again.
Step 2:
Put the marinade. Add all spices except vinegar. When the marinade has boiled, add the mushrooms.
Step 3:
After boiling, cook for 30 minutes, add vinegar, and cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 4:
We put it in a sterilized jar, close it, wrap it up.
