Cooking method
1. Cut a square-shaped piece of food wrap, prepare a thread or a small string. Put the film on top of the cup.
2. Drop a little olive oil in the center (this is necessary so that the protein does not stick, but is well distributed over the film).
3. Pour water into a small saucepan, put it on fire.
4. When the water boils, break the egg into a film, lift the ends, and assemble the film into a bag, securing it on top with a strong thread.
5. Lower the egg bag into boiling water and cook for 3 minutes.
Such an egg is usually served on toasted dry bread, supplemented with sauce and lettuce leaves.
