Baked Grenadier with Potatoes

A mouthwatering deep-sea fish dish with a vegetable side. Make it! I really loved this recipe — the finished dish tastes simply wonderful. The fish was a hit with everyone, family and the relatives who happened to be visiting alike. Even my little nephew. I baked boiled potatoes right alongside the fish; you don't have to, but I thought it made it especially delicious.

  • So, let's make this tasty fish with potatoes: wash and boil the potatoes; clean the fish, rinse it, and pat it dry with a towel; rub the fish all over with salt, spices, and lemon juice, then set it aside for 15 minutes; cut the potatoes lengthwise into 4–6 wedges; oil a baking sheet and place the fish in the middle; arrange the potatoes around it and lay a couple of lemon slices on top of the fish (you can skip baking the potatoes and serve them boiled instead — whichever you prefer); cover with foil and bake everything for 15 minutes max at 350–400°F (180–200°C). Serve with dill. Enjoy!
