Udon noodles with chicken, mushrooms and vegetables

Cooking method

Cooking time: 50 min

1. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.
2. Cut the mushrooms into approximately the same pieces.
3. Peel and dice the onion, cut the bell pepper into strips.
4. Preheat a frying pan with vegetable oil, lay out the fillets, fry for a couple of minutes.
5. Add the mushrooms, fry, stirring occasionally, over medium heat for 10 minutes.
6. Boil udon noodles (follow the manufacturer's recommendations). Put the finished noodles in a colander.
7. Add the onion to the pan, stir and fry everything together for a few minutes.
8. Put the bell pepper, mix.
9. Season with salt and pepper. Continue to fry everything together until cooked.
10. Put the noodles in a frying pan, pour soy sauce, simmer all together for 2-3 minutes.
11. Place the finished dish in serving plates and serve to the table.
