Step 1:
We will need: canned corn, tomato paste, onion, sunflower oil (0.5 tbsp.spoons to lubricate the frying pan and 1 tbsp .spoon when cooking), granulated sugar and any greens to your taste. Now I have parsley (this is for decoration)
Step 2:
Peel and finely chop the onion.
Step 3:
We send it to a greased (0.5 tablespoons. p / oil) oil the frying pan and put it on the gas. Fry the onion a little.
Step 4:
While the onion is fried, mix the tomato paste, sugar and sunflower oil.
Step 5:
Mix very well until smooth. This is our delicious sauce.
Step 6:
Flip the corn into a colander, then transfer to lightly toasted onions, which are in a frying pan.
Step 7:
Mix onion and corn in a frying pan.
Step 8:
Now add our cooked delicious sauce to the frying pan with onions and corn.
Step 9:
Mix everything and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
Step 10:
At this time, we cut the already washed greens.
Step 11:
When serving, put the cooked corn on a plate with a slide and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs. It can be parsley, dill or green onions. Bon appetit!!!
