Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Ingredients.
Step 2:
We send the pasta to cook in a large amount of salted water, and in the meantime, finely chop the onion, fry in olive oil.
Step 3:
Chop the chili pepper (take the amount to taste) and add to the onion. Fry for 3-5 minutes.
Step 4:
When the onion is thoroughly gilded, add the tuna (I add it together with the oil) and fry on low heat for a few minutes.
Step 5:
Cut the cherry into quarters or halves (depending on the size) and add to the pan.
Step 6:
Drain the water from the paste, we must leave part of the broth about 1 cup, we may need it.
Step 7:
Add pasta and chopped basil leaves to the pan, mix and warm up for a few minutes. If the paste turns out to be dry, add our broth.
Step 8:
Spread the pasta on plates, sprinkle with parmesan and serve to the table. Bon appetit!
