Noodles in Green Spinach Sauce
Treat yourself to a little spinach feast! This dish is worth it! Very delicate and fresh, with a faint hint of garlic. I'm sure you won't be disappointed))
Cooking method
-
Step 1:
I usually use this kind of frozen spinach. I make soups with it, pancakes, omelets, or a seasoning like this for pasta or noodles.
-
Step 2:
Put two blocks of spinach (I don't thaw them) into a blender along with a little parsley, olive (or vegetable) oil, garlic, and salt....
-
Step 3:
...and blend it into a sauce like this (** you can add Parmesan if you like) — then set the sauce aside for now.
-
Step 4:
Take a block of egg noodles and cook it according to the package. You can use any pasta — spaghetti, penne, farfalle, etc. — or rice noodles, for instance.
-
Step 5:
Drain the cooked noodles in a colander, add the sauce, and toss.
-
Step 6:
Serve with pan-fried chicken breast, or with shrimp if you like.
