Step 1:
I usually take this kind of spinach, frozen. I cook soups with it, make pancakes, an omelet or such a seasoning for pasta or noodles.
Step 2:
Put two spinach briquettes in a blender (I don't defrost) a little parsley, olive (vegetable) oil, garlic, salt....
Step 3:
..... and I turn it into such a pasta sauce.( **you can add parmesan if desired) and leave the pasta alone for now)
Step 4:
Take a briquette of egg noodles and boil according to the instructions. You can take any pasta, spaghetti, penne, farfalle, etc. Or, for example, rice noodles.
Step 5:
We throw the boiled noodles into a colander, add the sauce and mix.
Step 6:
Served with chicken fillet fried in a frying pan, can be served with shrimp if desired.
This spinach sauce is simply universal!
