Step-by-step cooking
Not everyone wants to drink anything with onions because of the taste of onions and the smell. But in the described recipe, the onion is tender, and honey gives a sweet taste.
Pour the milk into a saucepan.
Peel the onion from the husk. Finely chop the onion. Add to the milk.
Chop the garlic or squeeze it with a garlic press into the milk.
Cook the mass until the onion is ready, so that it becomes soft.
When cooked, leave to cool. Then add honey. Stir to dissolve the honey.
Take a tablespoon throughout the day, every hour.
If you want, you can strain the milk from the onion.
You can also grind the whole mass to a homogeneous pulp.
Another option.
Boil one onion in a glass of milk, then add honey. Take also.
