Step-by-step cooking
Ginger tea with garlic has been known for its beneficial properties for a long time. For the first time, it gained its popularity in Asian countries, where it was used to quickly get rid of weight and lose extra pounds.
We take about 4 cm of ginger root, which we need to prepare this drink, and two cloves of garlic. Thoroughly wash both components, peel and finely cut into longitudinal strips.
Put the resulting mixture in a two-liter thermos and pour boiling water. We insist the drink for an hour, then ginger tea with garlic should be filtered and drunk in small portions throughout the day.
To give the tea a different taste, you can use crushed cranberry leaves, which normalize the work of the kidneys.
Personally, I also add a sprig of cinnamon – this will not change the properties of tea, and the taste becomes simply incredible!
