To date, there are a huge number of different types of tea with different additives on sale. But to be honest, I don't trust any of the manufacturers of such things. And I definitely will never buy tea bags. Only large-leaf tea from China or Sri Lanka and bought only in the country of origin of the drink.
If you think I'm picky, I won't be offended. But try real tea at least once and you will understand that my tastes have nothing to do with fastidiousness.
So, I bring to your attention my recipe for green tea with ginseng.
To begin with, we cook a decoction of ginseng. Fill the ginseng root with cold water and cook for two hours.
Then add finely chopped dates and ginger to the pan and cook for another half hour.
Remove the ginseng root from the pan, cut into circles and lower it back – cook for another half hour.
Add sugar, bring it to a boil again and the broth is ready! The resulting broth is filtered.
Green tea is brewed separately the way you like.
We take one part of tea and one part of ginseng broth – we get a great taste of green tea with ginseng!
