We will prepare all the necessary ingredients for the preparation of this recipe: pollock caviar, butter (it must be of good quality so that later an oily film does not form on the surface of the spread), chicken eggs and some fresh herbs (this paste is especially good in combination with dill, but other greens can also be used).
We will take the butter out of the refrigerator in advance and leave it for a couple of hours at room temperature.
Boil chicken eggs in boiling water for 12-15 minutes, then cool them under running cold water, then peel off the shell and separate the whites from the yolks.
When the oil is soft, put the necessary amount of it in a deep container.
Add the yolks to the same container. Now beat the ingredients with a mixer until a fluffy mass is formed.
Egg whites three on a fine grater, add to the same container.
We also spread pollock caviar.
Finely chop the greens, add to the rest of the ingredients.
Now we mix all the ingredients carefully so that all the ingredients are evenly distributed in the spread. The pollock paste is ready to use.

Such a sandwich spread can be served with almost any bakery products. It can be: a simple loaf or a French baguette, potato or corn chips, crispy rye bread, tartlets, crackers, tortillas, pancakes and pancakes, and even Belgian waffles. In addition, such a spread can be served with vegetables, for example, on slices of bell pepper, circles of boiled potatoes or fresh cucumber. And you can combine everything together, for example, smear a piece of bread with pollock paste, put a piece of fresh cucumber on top and decorate the sandwich with dill.
In general, it turns out that the recipe is universal.
