I love oriental sweets. For myself, I collect culinary recipes for their preparation. Sweetness is generally the best food in the world. I want to share with you the culinary recipe "Baklava honey", which I was told in Sochi during my summer vacation. First you need to knead the dough. To do this, melt the margarine in a water bath. Add eggs to it. Stir thoroughly. Then pour a glass of water. Add a little salt. At the end, add flour in a thin stream, stirring constantly. Immediately put the soda slaked with vinegar. Knead the dough. It should turn out like noodles. Put it in the refrigerator for two hours. At this time, prepare the syrup. It is necessary to heat water and melt sugar and honey in it. Then bring to a boil and remove from heat. Let it cool down a little. Then remove the dough from the refrigerator. Roll out thinly and cut into strips like noodles. You can tie them somehow for the form. Next, you need to deep-fry each strip. You need to fry on both sides. They should become golden in color. Dip the fried baklava into the syrup completely for 2-3 seconds. Put the baklava to cool on a platter. Chop the walnuts and sprinkle them on the products. Enjoy your meal!
