  • I know pasta isn't loved only by Italians — it's a favorite for so many people. And Italian-style pasta is downright delicious. So let's make it with the recipe I'm sharing here. Chop the onion and the red tomatoes, and grate the carrots on the coarse holes of a grater. Wash the bell peppers, remove the cores and seeds, and cut them into strips. Sauté the onion in a skillet with hot oil, then add the carrots and tomatoes. Cook for 3–5 minutes, then stir in the bell peppers and ketchup. Mix and simmer another 3–5 minutes. Uncover the skillet again and add the corn, along with the bouillon cube and the ground meat. Stir and simmer for 15–20 minutes. Boil the pasta (any kind) in salted water. Drain it — but don't rinse! — and stir in the sauce you just made. Toss together and divide into portions.
