Zucchini Spread with Feta
An original take on zucchini spread! You'll love it! As a kid, I absolutely couldn't stand zucchini "caviar." No matter how hard my mom tried to get me to love the dish, it was hopeless. But time went by, I grew up, my tastes shifted a lot, and now I eat it with real pleasure. So, here's my recipe for zucchini spread with feta.

Cooking method
- Start by washing the zucchini, peeling off the skin, and scooping out the seeds. Slice them into thin rounds and add just enough water to barely cover them. Set the pot over medium heat and cook for about 5 minutes. Then let the zucchini sit for 5–6 minutes, and cool them. Lift the zucchini out of the liquid and run it through a meat grinder; grind the feta the same way. Add the chopped hard-boiled eggs, the onion, and the vegetable oil to the mixture. Stir everything together very thoroughly. The dish is ready — time to serve!
