There are many culinary recipes for such food as caviar from a wide variety of vegetables. But I never knew that there was such a snack as mushroom caviar for the winter. Having tried to cook it once, I do it all the time. If you also want to try this dish, follow the simple instructions of the recipe. To begin with, we carefully sort out the mushrooms, wash them and put them to cook. After boiling the water, we cook our mushrooms for about 20 minutes. After the mushrooms are cooked, we dry them, and then grind them in a blender. Now finely chop the onion and fry it in oil until golden. Now put the prepared mushrooms, finely chopped garlic, salt and ground black pepper to taste in the same pan, mix the whole mass well and simmer for 10-15 minutes. At the end of cooking, add vinegar to the mass, mix, put the caviar in sterilized jars and close the lids. Such a snack should be stored in the refrigerator.
