When we talk about jam, we always mean fruits and berries. And often a curiosity for us is vegetable jam. When I first heard that there was squash jam, I didn't believe it. After all, zucchini is a meal that is prepared for the second. And when I got acquainted with this culinary recipe, I was delighted with the novelty.
In fact, zucchini jam even turns out delicious, tender and pleasant.
So let's start cooking this sweet miracle.

Let's first cook the syrup of soda and granulated sugar. While the syrup is being cooked for our jam, we will prepare zucchini. I want to warn you right away that we are not talking about an ordinary zucchini, but about the fact that I have a pear-like shape. So, peel the zucchini, cut them into small cubes. And transfer them to the prepared sugar syrup. It is advisable to add a whole lemon to this jam, that is, without removing the peel from it. But first it is necessary to scald it with boiling water.

And now let's put the cauldron with the cooked mass on the fire, take a small one, and cook it for about forty-five minutes. Do you see what a beautiful dish we have turned out? The pieces are translucent, already glowing! By the way, it can be immediately decomposed into jars
