We start cooking by pouring water into a saucepan and putting it on the fire. While the water is cooking, we will peel the salmon, then gut and rinse it. Next, cut the salmon into small pieces. Now let's take up the potatoes: they should be cleaned, thoroughly washed and cut into small cubes. Carrots and onions we peel, wash and cut into cubes. Boiling water should be slightly salted. To do this, add carrots, onions, potatoes and peppers. Cook for about five minutes. When the time is up, we will put the pieces of salmon in the broth and cook for another twenty minutes, while it is necessary to turn down the heat. Then add the bay leaf and after about five minutes the ear is ready. Salmon soup is served on the table with the addition of chopped greens.
