As you know, cream soup is the most suitable food for dietary and therapeutic nutrition. Its preparation does not require any special delights, but in the end it turns out very tasty and healthy. Make sure of this, too, by preparing a diet cream soup with melted cheese according to our culinary recipe.
For this soup, you first need to prepare a white sauce. Since we will have a vegetarian soup with vegetables, we prepare the sauce from passioned flour. Then peeled and sliced vegetables - potatoes, carrots and white cabbage, boil until tender. Then we wipe everything through a sieve and combine it with white sauce. Melted cheese is dissolved in hot water and poured into the resulting. We bring all this to a boil, stirring constantly. After cooking, you can pass the soup through a sieve to turn it into a homogeneous mass without pieces of food and lumps of flour.
When serving, add a piece of butter to the finished cream cheese soup. Bon appetit!
