1. Boil 300 gr. pork meat
2. Mix flour with salt, add cold water and knead the dough.
3. Fry finely chopped onion until golden brown.
4. Mix fried onions, milk, herbs, egg, salt and pepper mixture in a bowl.
5. Chop the boiled meat finely or chop it in a blender and add it to the milk mixture, mix thoroughly.
6. Roll out the dough, make mugs on it with a glass, thus preparing the dumplings for dumplings.
7. Divide the meat mixture into portions and put it into each well, tightly pinching the edges. Then take both edges of the dumplings and connect them.
8. Put the dumplings on a baking sheet, sprinkle with flour a little, without touching each other and put in a cold place.
9. 10 minutes of cooking is enough for such dumplings with ready-made meat.
