Pasta with Bologna
Plain bologna makes a great addition to pasta! The recipe below has been enjoyed by plenty of people in restaurants and other public spots. The ins and outs of making pasta with sausage were shared with me by a cook I know well, who's been at his job for several years now. Below I'll do my best to pass along his advice.

Cooking method
- Take a pot, fill it about halfway with cold water, and set it on the stove. Bring the water to a boil and add salt. Drop in the pasta and cook for 6–8 minutes over low heat, then transfer it to a colander and rinse it under cold water. Take a skillet, add sunflower oil, and put the pasta in. Cut the bologna into small pieces. Add the bologna to the skillet, toss it thoroughly with the pasta, and fry for 6–8 minutes. Dinner is ready! You can serve the pasta with sausage straight to the table—just like that, you've made a tasty meal in 20 minutes. And pasta doesn't have to be made only with sausage; you can use other ingredients too, like canned stewed meat.
