Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Soak gelatin in 1 tbsp. cold water for 1 hour. Cut the beef into pieces, pour 2 liters of water and bring to a boil on the stove. Add salt, pepper, lavrushka, cook for 1 hour. Cut the boiled beef into small pieces. Strain the broth and let it cool. Boil the carrots right in the peel for 30 minutes. Then peel and cut into circles (you can make curly circles-wheels). Cut onion rings.
Step 2:
Put the meat into molds for aspic, put carrots and onions in the same place. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top. Heat the broth and slowly add gelatin, bring it almost to a boil, but do not boil! Pour the broth over the meat and vegetables, let cool and put in the refrigerator for 6 hours.
