Frozen berry dumplings lean

The most delicate dough with sweet berry filling! Children just love these dumplings. It's good that I have a freezer where I froze a lot of berries, they help me out a lot. I serve a dish with honey or sour cream, you can pour melted butter.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 30 min

1. Mix the dry ingredients for the dough, add vegetable oil and mix. Bring the milk to a boil and pour it into the dough. With a spatula, we collect it into a ball. After that, we sprinkle flour on the table and continue to knead with our hands.
2.Roll out the circles and put the frozen berries in the middle, add sugar. We pinch the edges very well so that the juice does not pour out during cooking.
3. Put the pan on the fire, pour water and a little salt. Put the dumplings in the boiling water, stir as they rise, cook for a couple of minutes and turn off.
