Pasta alla Bolognese with Tomatoes
A lighter Italian dish made with an unexpected meat! I'd never used ground rabbit before — it turned out delightfully exotic :)

Cooking method
-
Step 1:
Peel the onion and garlic. Cut the onion into small squares and mince the garlic finely, or grate it.
-
Step 2:
Sauté the onion and garlic in the oil until golden.
-
Step 3:
Cut the bell pepper however you like.
-
Step 4:
Fry the pepper with the onion for about 5 minutes.
-
Step 5:
Add the ground meat and cook briefly, just until it loses its pink color.
-
Step 6:
Chop the tomatoes and add them to the meat and vegetables; stir. Season with all the spices to taste and stir again. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti until tender.
-
Step 7:
Simmer the meat sauce, covered, over medium-low heat for 10–15 minutes, keeping it at a gentle bubble.
- A healthier take on a somewhat indulgent Bolognese, made with an unusual kind of ground meat.
