    1. Cook the fish until done over low heat or in a slow cooker. The flesh is very delicate, so it doesn't need long. 2. Add the onion, carrot, parsley root, and salt to the broth as it cooks. You can also add some fish seasoning. 3. Remove the fish and strain the broth. 4. Debone the fish and break it up into small pieces. 5. Pack the fish into a baking bag or a bottle and pour in the remaining broth mixed with the gelatin (dissolve the gelatin in the broth beforehand, without letting it boil). 6. Refrigerate until the saltison sets firm. 7. Slice and garnish with fresh herbs. Enjoy!
