Cooking method
1. First you need to wash and boil all the vegetables.
2. Peel the herring from the bones and skin and cut into pieces.
3. Soak the gelatin in ¼ of a glass of cold water for half an hour, then heat it in a water bath until the gelatin dissolves, but do not boil it.
4. Mix gelatin with soft cheese and mayonnaise. Lubricate each layer of vegetables with this mixture.
5. All vegetables are grated on a grater (preferably on a small one), and spread in layers on a food film or foil.
6. We lay out beets, potatoes, carrots, herring alternately. And we roll it into a roll.
