Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Disassemble the cauliflower into stumps and boil in salted water for 5 minutes. Flip it into a colander. Transfer to a large saucepan. Peel the peppers from the seeds, peel the garlic and disassemble into slices. Put tomatoes, peppers, parsley and garlic through a meat grinder (or grind in a blender). Pour this mixture into the cauliflower. Add vegetable oil, vinegar, salt and sugar.
Step 2:
Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes. We put them in sterile jars and immediately roll them up.
Step 3:
Turn it over and wrap it up until it cools down completely. Output: 10 jars of 500 grams.
