Step 1:
To prepare porridge, you can use any flakes to your taste, I have a mixture of flakes - 5 cereals. Bring the broth to a boil and pour it over the flakes, boil for a couple of minutes. Salt taking into account the salinity of the bacon. Close the flakes with a lid and cover with a towel so that the porridge is ripe.
Step 2:
Grate the cheese.
Step 3:
Fry the egg in butter or vegetable oil, sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and salt.
Step 4:
Fry bacon in a dry frying pan.
Step 5:
Put a portion of porridge in a hot plate, sprinkle cheese generously on top, put a strip of bacon and an egg-glaze, add cayenne pepper to taste and desire. Serve immediately!
