Steamed Beef and Pumpkin Patties
Pumpkin gives these patties an amazing aroma! What I love is that they work just as well for breakfast as they do for lunch or dinner — all you have to do is switch up the side dish. They come out juicy, tender, and fluffy.
We tend to remember pumpkin only as the magic of Perrault's fairy tale from childhood, but did you know it has a whole host of benefits? It's loaded with vitamins and trace minerals, it's helpful against atherosclerosis, and it does a great job of flushing toxins from the body. So today I'm sharing this recipe with you — I really hope you'll love it and make it a regular in your own kitchen!

Step 1:
The ingredients.

Step 4:
Run it through a meat grinder along with the prepped onion and pumpkin. Dice the pumpkin into small pieces ahead of time.

-
Step 7:
Set them in the steamer and cook for 40 minutes. When they're done, take them out and serve. Enjoy!
