  • Cut the apples and plums into quarters and remove the cores, but leave the skins on. Put the fruit in a saucepan and add the apple juice, sugar, butter, and cinnamon. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, cover, and cook for about 1 hour. Take it off the heat and let it cool. This apple-and-plum jam is best served warm or at room temperature.
