Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to fry Adyghe cheese? Prepare the products. Take the freshest and highest quality Adyghe cheese (not smoked). Peel the garlic from the husk and cut into 2-3 pieces. It is necessary to give flavor to the finished dish. Choose natural butter, without vegetable fats in the composition. For frying cheese, it is best to use a non-stick frying pan so that the cheese does not stick to the bottom.
Step 2:
Blot the cheese a little with paper napkins to remove excess moisture from it. Then cut into pieces. It can be slices, cubes or cubes. Slice according to your taste, as you like best. I cut the plates.
Step 3:
Heat the frying pan to a hot state and put a small piece of butter on it. Wait for the oil to melt, but watch it — it starts burning quickly. To prevent this from happening, you can add a little vegetable to it — it has a higher gorenje temperature. Lay out the chopped garlic cloves. It is needed to flavor the oil, so you do not need to cut it finely.
Step 4:
Wait for the garlic flavor to appear and put the sliced Adyghe cheese in the pan. Fry it for a minute on medium heat.
Step 5:
Then turn the pieces of cheese over. Sprinkle a little cheese with salt and spices. I use a little paprika as a spice. You can also sprinkle the cheese with ground black pepper.
Step 6:
Fry the pieces of cheese until golden brown. Then remove the cheese from the pan and put it on a paper towel to remove excess oil from it.
Step 7:
A delicious snack of Adyghe cheese is ready. It's delicious as an independent dish. But you can add cheese with berry sauce or fresh vegetables. Enjoy your meal!
