Fried jam pies in a frying pan

Prepare an airy treat for tea - it doesn't taste better! I offer you a very interesting recipe for pies on potato dough. The products are airy and delicate, the dough is porous inside, there are a lot of fillings. I deep-fry them to get a golden crust. I cook the dough by hand, but if you have a bread maker, use it. The volumes of ingredients are indicated for a large company, so if the family is small, divide everything boldly in half.

Cooking such pies is very simple:

- peel the potatoes, rinse, boil in lightly salted water until ready;

- drain the water completely and grind the finished potatoes with a blender until they are completely homogeneous (so that the mass is not so dense, add water);

- pour warm milk into the resulting potato mass, add butter at room temperature, pour salt, sugar, break eggs, pour vegetable oil;

- sift flour into a separate bowl, add dry yeast to it, mix, then put it in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients;

- knead the dough (it will stick to your hands, you can lubricate them a little with vegetable oil for convenience);

- let the dough come up, increase in volume (40-60 minutes), then form small balls, flatten them a little, spread the filling (about 1 tablespoon), form pies;

- in a thick-walled saucepan, heat the vegetable oil, spread the pies (so that they are not cramped, 2 pcs. or look at the diameter of the dishes), fry on both sides;

- we spread the ready-made pies on a paper towel so that the excess oil is absorbed, let it cool down.

Serve the pies on the table, help yourself to health!
