Step 1:
How to make nuts with boiled condensed milk? Prepare all the products in advance. The butter should be soft. In a bowl for making dough, combine raw chicken eggs and sugar. Mix it up. I do not beat the egg mass, just mix it.
Step 2:
Then add soft butter to it. The softness of the oil must be taken care of in advance. On the eve of the evening, remove the oil from the refrigerator and leave it on the kitchen table at room temperature.
Step 3:
Divide the butter into pieces in a bowl with a fork, add soda and gradually add flour. At first, it is convenient to knead the dough with a wooden spatula.
Step 4:
Then continue kneading the dough with your hands until it stops sticking to your hands. It is not necessary to knead it for a long time. As soon as it has absorbed the next portion of flour and does not stick, then stop kneading. Otherwise, the dough will ask for flour again and again and in the end it will turn out very dense and dry in the finished product.
Step 5:
From the finished dough, pinch off small balls, slightly smaller than a walnut. It is best to roll a lot of balls at once, and then just start baking them. The main thing is to immediately put the finished number of balls in the form.
Step 6:
Next, you will need a special mold for cooking nutshells on gas. Warm it up well. I put the mold to warm up before starting to knead the dough. It is very thick and a sufficient amount of time is needed to warm it up. Despite the fact that there is enough oil in the dough, before the first portion, lubricate the mold well with vegetable oil. Put the dough balls into one of the halves and press the second one.
Step 7:
Put the dough into the mold and cook the cookies on the gas on both sides, periodically turning the mold to the fire with one side, then the other. Put the finished shells in a bowl to cool down. Make sure that your nuts do not burn.
Step 8:
When the nuts are completely cooled, start filling them with stuffing. Boiled condensed milk is best suited for the filling. Fill the halves of the nuts with stuffing and fasten them together. Condensed milk copes with this well.
Step 9:
Use a sharp knife to trim the sides of the nuts and cut off the excess dough. Delicious cookies nuts with condensed milk in a hazelnut on the gas are ready! Have a nice tea party!
I always cook boiled condensed milk myself. To do this, fill closed jars with ordinary condensed milk with water, bring to a boil and cook for 2 hours. Add hot water if necessary. For this purpose, it is convenient to use a slow cooker. It is better to take care of this in advance and cook condensed milk the day before or a few days in advance.
Be prepared for the fact that flour may need more or less than indicated in the recipe. Focus not on the amount of flour, but on the desired consistency of the dough. To avoid mistakes, read about flour and its properties!
