Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients. It is better to use freshly prepared minced meat from chilled beef, then burger patties will turn out insanely tasty and tender. But if the minced meat is homemade, but already frozen, then it remains only to defrost it. In addition to the standard set of salt and ground black pepper, you can add special spices to the minced meat or any other to taste and desire.
Step 2:
In a bowl with minced meat (it is better to use a mixture of beef and pork, the cutlets will turn out more juicy and fatty, minced chicken is suitable for a dietary product), add salt, ground black pepper and spices for meat, to taste.
Step 3:
Mix well so that the meat is well mixed with spices. There is no need to add chicken eggs or bread to the minced burger patties, the patties should be made exclusively from one meat so that the taste is natural and rich meat.
Step 4:
With wet hands, we take the minced meat in small parts and form flat round cutlets. They should be about the same size as burger buns.
Step 5:
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. You do not need to regret the oil, the cutlet should turn out juicy. When the oil warms up, we spread the cutlets on it. Fry on medium heat. First, fry until browned on one side for about 5 minutes, then turn over and fry the cutlets on the second side. Then we close the pan with a lid and let the cutlets sweat under the lid on medium heat for about 7 minutes, they should be well fried inside.
Step 6:
Remove the cutlets on a paper towel so that the excess oil runs off them. We prepare a special sauce for burger patties. We make burgers from a bun with a cutlet, greens and serve them to the table. Bon appetit!
