Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare all the necessary products. Take large eggs, preferably rustic, at least WITH. They not only have high taste qualities, but also have a bright yellow yolk. The oil can be either sunflower or olive, or any vegetable. Cheese is also suitable for any varieties: both hard and soft, and even melted.
Step 2:
Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick frying pan.
Step 3:
Beat in the eggs. You can leave the yolks whole or, conversely, break the yolks. Fry over medium heat until half cooked. Eggs are fried quickly - usually it takes 5-7 minutes.
Step 4:
Add salt. At this stage, you can also add your favorite spices and seasonings, as well as herbs. When adding salt, also keep in mind that cheese can also be quite salty, so focus on your cheese variety.
Step 5:
Put the cheese on top of the eggs. You can grate it on a grater or cut it into slices with a knife. And the slices can also be thicker and thinner. In this matter, focus on your taste. Cover the pan with a lid and wait until the cheese melts.
Step 6:
Serve immediately while the dish is hot and the cheese is tender and stringy. Bon appetit!
We are used to eating fried eggs mostly for breakfast. But this recipe is basic.
You can also add pieces of vegetables to the pan: broccoli, zucchini, onion and eggplant - everything to your taste.
Or it can be pieces of sausage, sausages and even yesterday's half-eaten chicken or meat - we will get a more satisfying option.
Such fried egg options can be served both for lunch and dinner.
The dish must be served immediately hot, until the cheese has become hard, but remains tender and stringy.
When serving, sprinkle with chopped herbs (cilantro, basil and dill are perfect), green onions and chopped garlic.
Serve fried eggs with a salad of fresh seasonal vegetables, or simply with cherry tomatoes and sliced cucumber, or pickled.
It's delicious!
Bon appetit!
