Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to put out chicken fillet with champignons? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Choose medium-sized champignons, without damage. Instead of champignons, you can take any other mushrooms. Sour cream can be used of any fat content.
Step 2:
Heat a frying pan of a suitable size to a hot state and pour a little vegetable oil on it. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces, approximately the same size. Put the chopped chicken in a frying pan and fry for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 3:
While the chicken is frying, take care of the onion. Peel it from the husk and rinse it in cold water. Then cut the onion into half rings or slightly smaller.
Step 4:
Add chopped onion to the pan to the chicken. Mix everything and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Step 5:
Rinse fresh champignons in running water to wash off all dirt. Then cut each mushroom into 2-4 pieces.
Step 6:
Add the chopped champignons to the pan. Fry everything together for another 2-3 minutes. Then add about 100 ml of water to the pan and cover it with a lid. Simmer the chicken with mushrooms on low heat for 15 minutes.
Step 7:
In a separate glass, dissolve the flour in water so that there are no lumps. Then add sour cream to the water and mix well.
Step 8:
Pour the finished sour cream sauce over the chicken with mushrooms. Sprinkle a little salt and spices to taste. As a spice, you can use ground pepper and a pinch of curry. For flavor, you can add a little garlic. Stirring, bring everything to a boil and heat well for a minute. When heated, the sauce will thicken. If you want to make the sauce a little thinner, then add a little more water.
Step 9:
Chicken fillet with champignons in a frying pan in sour cream is ready! It can be served as an independent dish or supplemented with any side dish. Enjoy your meal!
I like these dishes because it takes very little time to prepare them. Preparing a new side dish for it every time, a new taste is obtained. Chicken goes well with mushrooms.
Chicken can be replaced with turkey or any other type of meat at your request. But keep in mind that in this case, the cooking time and calorie content of the dish will change.
To check whether the oil has warmed up well enough in the pan, you can do it in a simple way. Lower a wooden spatula into it. If bubbles have gathered around it, then you can start the frying process.
