Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients. Chicken fillet is well washed, cut into small thin pieces-plates. Once again, the chicken meat is washed and dried with paper towels. To make the fillet better and faster fried, pieces of meat can be beaten off with a kitchen hammer.
Step 2:
Cooking batter from chicken eggs. Beat the chicken egg into a bowl, add salt and ground black pepper to taste. If desired, you can add any more spices and seasoning.
Step 3:
Using a fork or a hand whisk, beat the chicken eggs until a homogeneous mixture is obtained, no need to beat the eggs with a mixer or blender until a thick foam.
Step 4:
Each piece of chicken fillet is immersed in the egg mixture so that it covers it from all sides.
Step 5:
And then the chicken fillet in the egg mixture is rolled in breadcrumbs from all sides. Breadcrumbs can be purchased ready-made or quickly cook them yourself from breadcrumbs using a coffee grinder. The main thing is that they are fresh, without the smell of mustiness.
Step 6:
Pour vegetable oil into the pan. Turn on the fire, warm it up. We spread chicken fillet in breadcrumbs on hot oil. Fry it on medium heat on one side until browned. Then turn over and fry on the second side for 3 minutes. Then cover the pan with a lid and keep the fillets on the fire for about 7 more minutes. Remove the lid, let the fillet dry on the fire for 2 minutes and remove it from the pan.
Step 7:
We serve chicken fillet to the table, with or without side dish, with fresh vegetables, salad or fresh herbs, bread and sauce, if desired. Bon appetit!
