Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
I would like to share with you a cooking recipe that says how to make a beer batter. To begin with, we will prepare all the necessary products.
Step 2:
We begin the cooking process by taking a deep bowl of a suitable size and sifting flour into it through a small strainer. It is necessary to sift so that the flour does not come in lumps and does not spoil the batter.
Step 3:
Pour a little warm light beer into a bowl with flour - it should be freshly opened, with gases. If the beer runs out, then the batter will not turn out the way it should be. All this time, while we pour beer, we need to make continuous stirring movements. This can be done with a spoon. A homogeneous mass without lumps should be formed.
Step 4:
After that, add butter to the resulting mass. It should not be frozen, otherwise it will not melt so quickly and will not interfere with the total mass. It is better if the oil is well melted.
Step 5:
Next, we drive 2 eggs into a bowl and add salt to your taste, it's better to take homemade eggs and you can beat them in advance in a separate bowl with a whisk. Mix all the contents of the bowl thoroughly. Here, in principle, our batter is ready - moderately thick and ready for further use.
Step 6:
For example, I fried onion rings in it.
Step 7:
As you can see, the batter turned out to be very successful - it gave the finished dish a beautiful crust and made it look as appetizing as possible.
I really like to cook. I often experiment with food. In my arsenal there is a huge variety of culinary recipes of the most diverse in composition and complexity of dishes. And I can say with confidence that meat, poultry or vegetables in batter always make a splash. This crispy shell gives the dishes a unique taste, zest. Beer batter is my favorite, because, in my opinion, it is the most delicious. I have no doubt that you, too, will be able to appreciate its taste qualities!
