    How to make an omelet with spinach in a frying pan? Very simple and fast! First, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Large selected eggs are needed, if the eggs are small, take 4 pieces.

    Wash and dry the spinach. Separate the petioles from the leaves. If it is not possible to purchase fresh spinach, frozen spinach is suitable. It will need to be defrosted beforehand and the liquid released during defrosting will have to be drained. It is better to choose the greens of young, ungrown spinach, then for sure it will not be bitter. Spinach leaves should be wide, rich dark green in color.

    Wash and dry the green peas. Peas are suitable fresh or frozen. Before adding, scald the frozen peas with boiling water and dry them.
