Step 1:
How to make liver stewed in sour cream with onions? To prepare the dish, take a brisket with a sufficient amount of fat. Cut it into small pieces.

Heat the frying pan to a hot state and fry the brisket on high heat on all sides until golden brown. At the same time, fat will be released from it, which will make the taste of the dish juicy and fragrant.

Peel the onion and cut it into half rings.

Add chopped onion to the pan. Mix well. Fry everything together for another 3-5 minutes to make the onion soft.

Wash the pork liver and cut it into medium-sized pieces. Don't forget to remove the veins and fat.

When the onion is well fried, add the chopped liver to the pan. Add a little salt to taste. Stir and cover with a lid. Fry the liver for 7-8 minutes, not forgetting to stir. Separately, in cold water, dissolve the flour and sour cream until smooth. Pour the mixture into the pan and stir.

Bring everything to a boil. During this time, the mass will thicken a little. If, suddenly, the sauce seems thick to you, then you can pour a little water and bring it to a boil again.
