Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make delicious beef schnitzels in a frying pan? Very fast. First, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. To make the meat juicier, it is better to use the pulp of fresh beef or veal. In addition to salt and pepper, you can add your own spices to taste. I added a little hop-suneli.
Step 2:
Cut a piece of beef across the fibers with plates no more than 1 cm thick. Choose beef without veins, films. If you use frozen meat, you must first properly defrost it on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator.
Step 3:
Carefully beat off each slice with a hammer on both sides. Then season each piece of meat with salt and pepper.
Step 4:
Combine eggs with sour cream, salt and pepper.
Step 5:
Whisk until smooth. Eggs should be completely combined with sour cream.
Step 6:
Pour the flour for breading into a bowl. You can also add a little salt to the flour if desired. Roll the beef slices lightly in flour, so the batter will better envelop the meat.
Step 7:
Then dip the meat in the beaten eggs.
Step 8:
And carefully roll the meat schnitzels on both sides in breadcrumbs. You can take ready-made breadcrumbs from the store or make them yourself from bread dried in the oven.
Step 9:
Heat part of the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the schnitzels on it for about 3-5 minutes on each side until a golden crust forms. Transfer the finished schnitzels to a plate. In a frying pan, you can heat up a little more oil and fry the next batch of schnitzels.
Step 10:
Serve schnitzels with any side dish, salad of fresh vegetables or just like that. Enjoy your meal!
Any oils are useful only until a certain temperature is reached - the point of smoking, at which the oil begins to burn and toxic substances, including carcinogens, are formed in it.
