Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h

First we prepare pizza dough, for which we heat the milk to forty degrees Celsius, pour yeast and sugar into it. Mix everything well and put it in a warm place for 15 minutes. During this time, the yeast is activated and foam appears on the surface of the mixture.

In a separate bowl, break the egg, pour the oil, then add the yeast mixture, mix. Sift the flour, salt and knead the dough. We knead it until it is homogeneous, obedient. Then we form a ball, put it on the bottom of the bowl, and tighten the bowl with cling film. Put the bowl in a warm place for 45 minutes. During this time, the dough should increase in volume.

At this time, we prepare the components of the filling:

- wash the chicken breast, dry it with paper napkins, cut into medium-sized cubes,

- cut the sausage into circles if it is thin. Thick can be cut into halves of circles,

- bacon cut into cubes,

- finely chop the onion into cubes,

- three cheese on a coarse grater.

Put a frying pan on medium heat, spread the bacon cubes on it. Fry until browned and until the fat is melted. Add chicken pieces and sausage slices, chopped onion, fry until browned for 10 minutes. Put the shrimps, stirring, cook all together for 3-5 minutes, then transfer the mixture from the pan to a separate ceramic or glass container.

Back to the test. It came up - we roll it out into a layer 3-4 mm thick, which we spread on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Lubricate the layer with tomato sauce. Spread a mixture of meat and shrimp on top of it, salt, pepper to taste, then sprinkle everything with cheese. We put the baking sheet in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes.

Sprinkle the finished pizza with finely chopped herbs and serve it on the table until it cools down!
