Cooking method
1. Onions, garlic and carrots are cleaned, washed.
2. Grate the carrots, and finely dice the onion and garlic.
3. Fry the vegetables in vegetable oil for 5 minutes, then add the stew, knead it with a fork.
4. Pour soy sauce and chili sauce, add pepper and spices dry to taste. We try for salt, if necessary, add it. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
5. Boil the horns until ready according to the instructions on the package, then we throw them into a colander, let the water drain and put the horns in a frying pan with stewed meat and vegetables, mix.
Serve on the table, sprinkled with chopped herbs.
