Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients according to the list. It is better to buy a chicken breast chilled, then you can talk about the freshness and quality of the product. We wash the meat, cut off the films, fat, remove the bones, cut the flesh into small portions about one centimeter thick. Rinse again and dry with paper towels.
Step 2:
Each piece of chicken fillet is beaten off with a kitchen hammer on both sides. To prevent splashes from flying off the meat on the table, it can be pre-placed in a bag or wrapped with cling film and beaten off through the film. Rub the meat with spices: ground black pepper, paprika, you can use a ready-made seasoning for chicken.
Step 3:
We drive a chicken egg into a deep bowl. Add a pinch of salt. With a fork or whisk, with a mixer, beat the egg until a homogeneous consistency of the mixture is obtained, we do not need foam formation, the main thing is that the egg is completely dispersed.
Step 4:
Pour breadcrumbs or wheat flour into a plate. With breadcrumbs, a more appetizing and crispy crust is formed on the meat. Each piece of chicken meat is dipped in egg mixture so that it is covered on all sides and rolled in breadcrumbs.
Step 5:
Pour vegetable oil into the pan, heat it well. Spread the chicken fillet on the butter. Fry the meat on high heat, for five minutes on each side, until a crust forms. Then reduce the heat to medium, cover the pan with a lid and keep the meat on the fire for another five minutes so that the meat is well fried inside.
Step 6:
We remove the chicken breasts from the pan, first we put them on a plate with paper napkins so that the excess oil is absorbed into the paper, only then we transfer them to a serving dish. Chicken breasts can be served to the table with any side dish to taste, boiled rice, mashed potatoes, buckwheat, stewed vegetables are perfect. Or you can just serve it with fresh vegetables or a salad of fresh vegetables, it will be less caloric. Bon appetit!
