Cooking method
1. My champignons, using a knife we separate the legs from the hats, cut them finely.
2. Peel the onion, cut into small cubes, fry in vegetable oil until golden.
3. To the fried onion, add the chopped legs of champignons, fry for 5-7 minutes, remove from heat.
4. Wash the dill, chop it with a knife, spread it to roast, add cream cheese here, add a little salt, mix.
5. Mushroom caps are filled with prepared stuffing, then wrapped with a strip of bacon and placed in a baking dish.
6. We send the mold to the oven preheated to 180 degrees, bake for 30 minutes.
Serve hot on the table, garnished with herbs if desired.
