Bacon-Wrapped Stuffed Mushrooms Baked in the Oven
A fantastic appetizer for a party spread — and everyday snacking too! These bacon-wrapped mushrooms baked in the oven can be served hot or cold and make a wonderful addition to any holiday table. They're easy to put together; the key is using thinly sliced bacon.

- Wipe or rinse the mushrooms, then use a knife to separate the stems from the caps. Chop the stems finely.
- Peel the onion, cut it into small dice, and sauté in the vegetable oil until golden.
- Add the chopped mushroom stems to the sautéed onion and cook for 5–7 minutes, then remove from the heat.
- Rinse the dill and chop it with a knife. Add it to the pan along with the cream cheese, season with a little salt, and stir to combine.
- Fill the mushroom caps with the prepared stuffing, wrap each one with a strip of bacon, and arrange them in a baking dish.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 350°F (180°C) for 30 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if you like.
