Chicken fritters with mayonnaise

Cooking method
1. My fillet, dry, cut into very small cubes with a sharp knife.
2. Peel the onion and garlic, cut finely, spread to the chicken.
3. Break the eggs into the same bowl, mix all the ingredients, pour flour, salt and pepper.
4. In the resulting mass, add mayonnaise and finely chopped parsley, mix again.
5. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, send it to the fire.
6. Using a tablespoon, spread the pancakes on a preheated frying pan and fry for 3 to 4 minutes on one side, then turn over with a spatula, fry the same amount of time on the reverse side.
Serve hot on the table.
