Liver pancakes with carrots and semolina

Cooking takes a minimum of time:

- using a meat grinder, we chop the liver, onions and boiled carrots;
- add semolina to the resulting mixture, mix and leave for 30 minutes so that the semolina swells;
- add egg, salt, add flour;
- heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and spread the dough on the pan with a tablespoon;
- fry for 3 minutes on each side, put ruddy pancakes on a dish.

Liver pancakes can be served as an independent dish, seasoned with sour cream and herbs! Eat to your health!
