Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make hake fillet in batter? Wash the fish carcass well and clean it to remove the remaining scales. Dry a little from the water. To divide the fish into fillets, cut it along the back, unfold and remove the spine. Clean out the abdomen.
Step 2:
Cut into two fillets and remove the excess - films, scraps and bones from where the fins grow.
Step 3:
Cut each fillet into portions.
Step 4:
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5:
Mix and let it brew a little.
Step 6:
Break the eggs into a batter bowl. If the eggs are large, then one is enough.
Step 7:
Add sour cream.
Step 8:
Add flour and season the batter if desired.
Step 9:
Mix well.
Step 10:
Put a frying pan with oil on the fire. Put some of the fish in the batter and mix.
Step 11:
Use a fork to put the fish in the pan and fry.
Step 12:
Depending on the fire and the size of the fish, 1-2 minutes are needed on each side. When the batter is gilded on one side, turn it over.
Step 13:
Remove the finished fish first on a napkin, and then transfer to a dish and serve.
