Vegan Pie

The pie turns out not dry, but not wet either. Vegan pie with semolina, bananas and compote is moderately springy. Bananas at risk of being thrown away can easily be used to make this pie. Instead of or together with nuts, you can use raisins, fresh or frozen berries.
